Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Digital guides are delivered instantly via email after purchase.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons.
Age Verification (if applicable) Please note that any products containing or related to alcohol may require age verification upon delivery. The recipient must be of legal drinking age.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey.
Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can make it right. We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect shipping information.
International Shipping International shipping is not offered at this time.
